MF753Cdw paper jam when duplex printing

agh19
Apprentice

My new MF753Cdw is jamming whenever I try to print a duplex document. I've had it less than two months, and only printed about 50 pages. I'm almost certain I've successfully printed duplex before today. I've cleaned the ITB, triple- and quadruple-checked the paper path, and verified that I have the correct paper settings. Pretty much at the end of my rope. Any suggestions from the community will be appreciated.

Hello AGH19,

If the paper is jamming when duplexing, you can try checking the jam locations in the link HERE. While the printer is open, you can wipe any of the exposed rubber rollers with a damp cloth. After cleaning the rollers, you can try a duplex copy from the ADF to test the hardware to see if the paper still jams. If it still jams, it looks like there might be something wrong with the hardware. In that situation, I would suggest logging into your MyCanon account or contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666 to check your available service options.
