MF743Cdw will not print two sided

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, which only lets me do plug and play. No matter how I try and print, it will not give me a two-sided option on my MF743Cdw. This is on windows 10.

2. What program are you printing from?
3. When you try to download and install the drivers, do you get any errors or run into any problems?
