I had a paper jam in this printer, MF731Cdw which I think I resolved. But I can not clear the error message so machine will no longer print or copy. I have worked on this machine for well over two hours looking for any additional paper jams according to the 5 step procedure as presented on the display. The display error message says that paper jam is in the back but after an exhaustive search I have been unable to locate any paper jam and I can not clear this error message. Help!
