It will scan documents and print them but will not print from computer files such as MS Word.
ANY HELPFUL SOLUTION WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Hello Danny. Just installed this printer, experiencing same problem with Excel. No error messages, printer is sleeping. Driver reports, "Printing connected to printer," but the bar just keeps bouncing back and forth with no action. Would very much appreciate expeditious solution, need to print invoices. Thank you very much.
