It appears the MF Scan Utility does not recognize the correct model that I have, which includes automatic duplex scanning/printing. Any idea how to make that option appear in the scan utility? I am using Windows 11.
If the scanner software is not detecting the option to scan two sided documents from the feeder, you can change the setting for the document feeder from the scan utility on the computer. You can change the setting for the feeder using the steps in the link HERE.
