I just purchased a MF642Cdx.
After setting it up on a Windows 11 Home, it has weird scan properties.
When I scan something, whether from from the machine or from my PC using the MF Scan Utility, the progress indicator pops up but never advances past 0% and it stays there until I cancel the job.
What is strange is that if I cancel the job from the MF, the progress indicator quickly progresses to the end and prompts me for the next scan.
So, the scan completes, but only after I cancel it.
Not cool.
Any ideas anyone?
Thanks.

Issue resolved.
I just connected the MF642 to my PC with a USB cable and installed the USB drivers and now everything works.
