There was an error message saying that the drum cartridge is empty, while the toner was at 80%. I replaced the drum cartridge, but it still says I need to replace it. This issue has wasted my time tremendously over the past week. Is there anyone who can help with this?

Hello Clarakimmy,

If you have replaced the drum cartridge with a new one and it is still reading that it needs to be replaced, it looks like there is something wrong with the new drum or the printer hardware. You can try reseating the toner one more time using the steps in the link found HERE. If you continue to have issues with the level, I would suggest contacting support at 1-800-652-2666.
