Why won't the serial no. work? why is the combo box dysfunctional? Is Canon always this screwed up??

it's permissible to put all of your questions in regards to your device under one thread. When you call the number I provided in your other thread, a representative can assist you registering your product as well.
To register a product in the MyCanon portal, it needs to be a product intended for sale in the US. Did you purchase from a Canon Authorized Dealer? I'm sure all of this will be straightened out when you call for assistance.
