If the toner is at 20% you should be able to continue printing. If you are getting a message about replacing the toner, you can try adjusting the setting for displaying the timing for the prepare cartridge message. You can use the steps found in the link HERE to adjust the setting. If that does not resolve the issue, you can try contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666.
