If the printer is not powering on, it sounds like the printer needs service. You can try unplugging the printer from the power and then pressing the power button 10 times while the printer is unplugged. After that, you can plug the printer into a different power source and you can try turning it back on.
If the printer will still not power on, it would need service. The printer has a 1 year warranty and you can use the link HERE to log in or create a Canon account and check your service options.
