I have an MF 4570dn. When I print a document directly, the copy is fine but when I photocopy it, it prints very, very light.
The cartridges are fine.
Any idea(s)?

Hi SFSGM.
It is recommended that you adjust the density and image quality settings for the copying function. You may need to adjust the image quality settings until you get the quality that you prefer. Please follow the instructions at the link below to adjust these settings:
If you continue to experience an issue, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (652-2666), Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. ET (excluding holidays).

I tried that before without any luck. Could it somehow be the fuser?
It just seems odd that if I print, say, and emailed document the density is fine but if I then try to copy that documents it's extremely light.
