I have an MF 4570dn. When I print a document directly, the copy is fine but when I photocopy it, it prints very, very light.The cartridges are fine. Any idea(s)?
I tried that before without any luck. Could it somehow be the fuser?It just seems odd that if I print, say, and emailed document the density is fine but if I then try to copy that documents it's extremely light.
