Hi - my MF 4150 auto-feeder does not work when I try to scan. I can scan from the flatbed. Have installed the driver and the patch for Windows 10. What else can I try? Thanks.

Please uninstall and reinstall the MF Toolbox software. To uninstall the software, please follow the steps below:
1. Right-click the Start button and select Control Panel. Choose 'Programs' -> 'Programs and Features'.
2. Double click on the MF Toolbox 4.9, and then follow the prompts to uninstall the software.
3. Restart your computer.
Once the computer restarts, please click the link below to download the MF Toolbox, which will be listed under the [Software] tab:

After you have reinstalled the software, please scan a document using the document feeder.
