I'm using MacOS Venture 13.5.1. Printer will work fine for awhile, then won't print and I get "looking for printer" message. Not on a LAN, using direct USB connection. Printer is connected since I can scan using it. Sometimes I can switch default printer from 23 to 30 or whatever, but now even that doesn't help. Have reloaded software. Anyone else have this problem and able to fix?

Hello,
If you are using the MB2120 and it is unable to detect the USB connection, but you are still able to scan, I would suggest removing any printer connections or resetting the printing system.
Click on the apple in the upper left-hand corner of the screen and then click on system preferences. Once in system preferences click on Printers and Scanners. In printers and scanners, you can right click on a blank portion of the printer list and select the option to reset the printing system. This will clear any connections in the list and jobs in queue. Once it is cleared, you can add the USB connection for the printer back to the list.
If you continue to have issues after resetting the printing system and adding the printer back to the list, I suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist.
