MAXIFY GX6021 will only print in Black and White from laptop, from USB, and when using airprint

Hello,
I'm frustrated that my Maxify GX 6021 will ONLY print in Black and White from my laptop, from USB, and from my iphone using airprint.

I am current on all firmware updates.

From the actual device in settings, I have "forced utilization of all ink tanks."

I re-installed print driver.

I have done the obvious checks.  When printing from laptop, making sure the Greyscale box is not checked, and selecting color from dialog box.  Regardless of the type of file...PDF, JPEG, Word document, it will only print in black and white.

Also when inserting USB into the device, regardless of file type, will only print in black and white.

When printing from my iphone using airprint, I am selecting color.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have you run a nozzle check?

Thanks for this suggestion.   I did a nozzle check and changed the maintenance catridge and it's now corrected.  Thanks!
