imageCLASS MF465dw doesn't scan double-sided into one file

Hello, 

Looking for help to set up my printer/scanner 

Canon MF460 Series-AirPrint, driver version 4.0

It doesn’t seem to be scanning double sided into one file. 

Using Mac laptop - software macOS Tahoe 26.1

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the MF460 series.  The printer's model number should appear on the front of the unit to the right of the Canon logo. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
