MAXIFY GX6021: Not printing Yellow

Hello.

Initially, I had issues with my GX6021 not printing C, M and Y.

I performed several "Cleanings" and "Deep Cleanings" until I finally got C and M to print.

Yet, Y still will not print.

I even installed a new maintenance cartridge which is over half full now. 😞

All ink bottles are 80% full.

I had this same issue a few weeks back and performed one "Deep Cleaning" which solved it.

Any ideas to remediate?

Hello, 

If you have performed several cleanings and deep cleanings and the color is missing completely, it looks like there is air in the ink lines. In this situation, you can try a color only ink flush using the steps in the link HERE. Once the flush is complete, you can try a nozzle check or test print to see if the yellow appears.
