MAXIFY GX4020 envelope jam each time printing envelopes

When I try to print envelopes from the rear tray, they jam with the right corner leading edge folded down. I have tried flattening the envelopes as suggested in the Tutorial but they still jam.

The issue could be caused by curling in the envelope or a paper feeding issue. In this situation, you can try turning on the option for prevent paper abrasion using the steps in the link HERE. That setting will raise the height of the print head to assist with printing on envelopes. If you continue to have problems with the envelope, I suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. They can check what might be causing the problem with printing on the envelope that you have.
