LBP663C extra page

Sometimes after I have printed some document, the printer will print an extra page. The extra page has kind of a large arrow pattern.

The extra page is not printed immediately after the document, but I will find it on the printer some time after.

This does not happen every time and it is not depending on what document I print. I tried to repeat the print I did, but then it did not happen again.

It has happened when printing from two different devices.

Here is a photo of what is printed. Its a bit wrinkled because I had thrown it away, but it is basically a white paper white a large down arrow pattern.

Any ideas what causes this to happen? Is it the printer itself doing this for some maintenance task? Or is it a bug in the driver?
