My new Image Class LBP6000 is connected with a USB to my windows 10 computer. It prints documents from my computer as well as email attachments, but I can not print screenshots or any receipts from online. The items don't show up in the queue and the printer troubleshooter did not see a problem. Any ideas from anyone more tech savvy than I?
