LBP632cdw printer uses color toners for B&W documents even when set to B&W color type

Almost all of the printing I do on my LBP632cdw printer is B&W only.  However, the window that shows toner cartridge usage indicates that the color toner cartridges are being used as well as the black one.  But the color type is set to Black & White, so there should not be any color toner used,  What can be wrong?.

Some color settings can use a mixture of the color toners to create shades of grey, some web pages and converted color documents will still use color.
