Issues with Cannon MF110/910 while using Landscape Orientation

I have a strange issue with Cannon MF110/910 printer(MF113W) while trying to print an Excel page in Landscape Orientation.

It has never ever happened before with any kind of printers.

And it happens only when I'm using Excel spreadsheets.

If I change from Portrait Orientation to Landscape Orientation, the context on the Excel spreadsheet is being moved from the top to to bottom of the printed page. I can't see that change in the preview window.

Let's say, I have one row of information on the top of the Excel page, but one or two columns cannot fit on the first page.

In general, I switch from Portrait Orientation to Landscape Orientation, and print it.

With a new Cannon MF113W printer, that row is moved to the very bottom of the sheet on the printed page.

The preview does not show any changes.

Any help?

Thank you.

Hello indie,

If you are having problem with just printing excel sheets, it can be caused by the driver settings that are being used or the driver that is installed on your computer. We would be happy to assist with the issue. To provide some feedback or some troubleshooting steps, we would need some additional information. If you could reply to this message with the information below, we can provide some assistance.

  1. What version of the Mac or Windows operating system are you using on your computer?
  2. Does this only happen with old spread sheets or does it also happen with a freshly created spreadsheet as well?

For a more immediate response, feel free to contact support at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to help.
