I am not able to remove the toner cartridge from my imageclass d530. It appears to be stuck on the left side.

If the toner is jammed in the printer, you can try pushing the toner back into place and then trying a copy/print. After the print, you can try opening the printer again and then trying to remove the cartridge. If the cartridge is still stuck, it looks like there is something wrong with the hardware or the toner cartridge. In this situation, I would suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to check what is causing the issue and can provide any service options.

In my previous attempts to remove the toner, the toner cover will not close and I am not able to try to print. I'll contact support. Thank you for the suggestion and the support phone number.
