Imageclass d530 toner cartridge stuck in copier

I am not able to remove the toner cartridge from my imageclass d530. It appears to be stuck on the left side.

Hello Hector,In my previous attempts to remove the toner, the toner cover will not close and I am not able to try to print. I'll contact support. Thank you for the suggestion and the support phone number.
