I have a new MacBook(OS Monterey 12.3). My all-in-one Printer is Canon Imageclass MF733CDW. I downloaded all the drivers from the Canon support site. I am now able to print from my MacBook.
However, when I try to scan from Printer/Scanner, it does not detect my MacBook. I have researched for several hours on the web but no solution is found.
I have "Canon MF Scan Utility" in my applications. When I open it, I get the message "no Scanner is found".
The same printer/scanner works fine on windows PC.
Appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks in advance!

Hello Madhusn,
If you have a new computer and have already installed the scanner driver and the MF scan utility, you can try disabling any security software on the Mac and searching for the scanner. You can search and connect the scanner with the scanner selector using the steps in the link HERE.
If you still run into issues or if the selector is unable to locate the scanner, I would suggest contacting support at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to help.
