ImageClass MF641Cw & MacBook disconnected

My printer is constantly disconnecting from my MacBook. It is now to a place where it hasn't been able to reconnect to the printer in over a week.

Should I factory reset the printer and if so how?  I already installed the new driver earlier this week for iOS from the Canon website and still no resolution.

  3. When you click the + in printers and scanners to add a printer, is the list blank or does the printer appear?
