ImageClass MF634Cdw Print job was not accepted

Trying to print from Macbook running 12.4 also iphone on iOS 15.7 with air print.  Can't get anything to print.  I've tried system reset on the printer, updating firmware, reconnecting with wifi and no luck.  Either the jobs sit in the queue and nothing happens or I get "print job not accepted." iphone I just get an message saying there's a problem.  I tried a desktop running Windows 10 Home version 21H2 connected via a cable and still it won't print.  Any other suggestions?

It won’t copy either from the glass or from the feeder
