My imageclass MF232W is no longer registering paper in the paper tray when trying to print.
I can make copies and it is fine but when I ask it to print something it says load paper and throws an error but I cannot see the error code.
Anyone else having this issue

I have the same problem. Paper size is Letter. OS is Windows 11, but I also use Android, iPhone and Linux on other devices. The OS means nothing. This appears to be a hardware issue. I need to either know the troubleshooting steps or need to know if I need to take it someplace. This seems to be a known issue.

The OS is helpful because it tells the tech which software and drivers you use to access the printer, which will guide the troubleshooting process.
