We have a new Imageclass D1550 MF printer - print and fax works, but not scanner. Scanner drivers does not get installed , or scanner is not recognised in windows 10 computers. Any body has same issues?

It is unclear if you receive an error when installing the scanner driver, or when attempting to scan a document. If you receive an error when installing the driver, please temporarily disable any antivirus or firewall software, as it may cause a conflict with the installation.

Yes, we did receive an error when installing the scanner driver, basically it does not get installed. We have disabled firewall and anti visrus during installation. but no success.
