How do I copy or scan 2 sided original book MF743Cdw

Currently I'm able to copy and scan two sided to platen/glass (as also ADF).

But when copying books the second image get's flipped as it's not possible to insert the book another direction because one cannot remove the lid.

I cannot find image orientation settings (book vs. calendar) as on previous model Canon copiers to overcome this limitation.

I contacted support who walked me through the menus.

Copy > Other Settings > Two Sided > 1 (or 2) sided to 2 Sided

NOW chose Finishing type of Calendar

Click Apply (lower right) then return arrow (in upper left) and "Start" to copy. 

NOTE: These settings are not sticky and will revert to defaults with time.
