I have LBP7110Cw from 11 years and I've been extremely happy. I am using it for printing labels which are placed on plastic boxes for electronic modules.
Now I decided to by a new model - MF655Cdw but i noticed a strange problem - the printed image is with a bit smaller size than the set one. For simplicity, I have a rectangle on Corel Draw file with size 20,50cm x 4,12cm. When I print it, the actual size is 20,45cm x 4,10cm. I know this is very small difference but for my application that is important.
The old printer doesn't have this problem and prints the rectangle in correct size. Environment is the same for both printers - Windows 11, same laptop, same paper (office paper A4 80g/m2)
Software is Corel Draw 2021, but i tried also with Acrobat Reader - the same result.
I noticed that when i print via "2-sided Printing" the size is correct. But after i switch to "1-sided Printing" the problem persists and the size is smaller.
I tried also to change the Output Size from "Match Page Size" to "A4" - doesn't make any difference.
Printer firmware is the latest at that moment.
Can you please help me how can I set the printed image to be exactly the same as the original one in file?
