MF462DW 1 sided to 2 sided copying

Hello,

I have a MF462DS printer.

I am trying to make copies. There is a setting on the printer when copying that says 1 sided : 2 sided.

I believe this means the original document is 1 sided, but on the copy to print this on both sides. When I try this, however, my copy only turns out to be 1 sided. Wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if my printer is defective?

If you try to print a multi-page Word document, are you able to print on both sides? 🤔
