Horizontal strip on Canon IR6575i

Good day,
Canon IR6575i Began to strip in a certain place, sometimes it gets a little lighter, the band becomes fatter when printing a lot, a  toner is collected above the cartridge (which along with the drum). Was inspected by a specialist and the magnetic shaft was replaced but after the replacement  the strip are remained. Please share, who has experience .
