MF731cdw print on glossy paper

Trying to print on glossy paper.  Printed surface smears and smudges on the back.  Set paper to coated 200 g.  Is there a problem with glossy paper?  Suggestions?

Hi elkinhom,

I'm afraid this model does not support printing on glossy paper.  I have included supported paper specifications below.

Paper Weight

14-43 lb. bond (cassette/optional cassette), 
16-47 lb. bond (multipurpose tray)

Media Sizes

Letter, Legal, A4, A5, B5, Statement, Executive

Media Types

Plain / Heavy / Recycled / Color Paper, Label, Postcard, Envelope
