Greetings! This is my first post in the Canon community forum.
We are considering buying the GX4020 printer, but we are concerned about being able to do duplex scanning from time to time. We have read that the ADF can copy double-sided but can only scan single sided. We have also read that duplex scanning can be achieved in two passes, with interleaving.
1. What is true?
2. If 2-pass duplex scanning is the way to do this, then how, specifically (settings to use)?
Thank you!

Hello VLMin,
The GX4020 would not be able to perform automatic duplex scans. To scan both sides of a stack of documents, you would need to scan the stack of paper and then reload the documents to scan the other side. To assist with the settings, you can reply to this message with the specific OS on your computer and we can assist further. Usually, you would be combining the scanned pages using the software on your computer.
