I have a Maxify MB5020 Printer and the paper jams somewhere under the print head holder and when it’s exiting the printer. I’ve removed all pieces of paper after the jam and checked to make sure no traces of paper remain which could cause a jam. I think the print head holder is causing the jam because about half of the sheet of paper is jammed at the right end (as you face the printer) of the printer where it the print head holder rest when not in use. I've tried everything I can think of to clear this jam however I still keeps happening and the printer won't work..
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what can be causing this paper jam?

Hello The_hat,
If paper is jamming in the printing area where the ink and print head load, you can try unplugging the printer from the power while the paper is jammed. While unplugged, you can slide the carriage over by hand so you can view the entire jam. You can check for any obstructions that is causing the paper to jam in that area. If that does not resolve the issue, you can try printing on some thicker paper like photo paper or cardstock to see if it pushes out any obstructions.
If that does not resolve the issue, it looks like the printer needs service. To check your service options, you can contact support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666 or log into your MyCanon account.
