We have been using a D1500 Series UFR II for awhile now but over the last year or so we have been having issues with the scan to email feature. It doesnt always work. Sometimes you can get 1 to send but then I would try to do one 1min after and it will fail. We have reverted to using Scan to USB to get by but it would be nice to get this feature working. Any help? Firmware is up to date.

If the scan to email is working sporadically, it will usually point a a drop in network communication. In that situation, you can try moving the printer so it has a better wifi connection or you can try unplugging your router for 5 seconds and then plugging it back in. If those options did not resolve the issue, I would suggest contacting support at 1-800-652-2666. our agents would be happy to help with the issue.
