Our work email got compromised and we are trying to reset the email on the printer. However we cant without having access to our old email. Is there a way to do a hard reset on the printer or change emails without having access to our old email?

You can reset the printer using the steps in the link HERE. You should not need the previous email to reconfigure the email settings. You can change the printer's email settings by logging into the printer's web UI. You can log into the printer and change the settings using the steps in the link HERE.
