I own Canon - MF237w model Laser Printer.from a few days ago ,I have been facing an issue where whenever I try to scan a document using color scan option, on LCD screen it is showing as "Scanning....." and nothing happen and it is saying "Scanning........." , even I left it out for long time still it is saying the same. on PC a window appears to show scanning process and it stops on zero. Even if I try to cancel, it is just showing "Cancelling..." but nothing happening. I have to power off the printer.
I tried Black & white scan option, it is working properly.
Even I tried with USB cable, Lan cable, Wireless, nothing is working for colored scan. I reset the settings too, but no luck. installing a new windows 10, checking with android mobile, with another PC with windows 7, and still noway to color scan!!!
I also deactivate windows firewall and antivirus but no change.
this problem made me almost crazy!!
Any suggestions are appreciated.
