TS3722 - EO3 Error

This the 2nd printer already this year if i cant figure this out I'm going to stop using cannon products. my pixma canon TS3722 printer works great until i have to get new ink then it keeps flashing E03 and nothing i do works, I've read all user manuals an done everything it says and nothing is working. i home school so i need a printer that works can any help me figure out what's going on or are u having the same problems an nothing helps in that case i guess ill be stop using canon products an wasting my money when i know what's gonna happen it isn't worth it

Hi Mommabowling07,

To resolve the E 0 3 error that you are experiencing, please remove all of the paper from your TS3722 and then please disconnect the power cord.

Once done, please look down through the paper path to check for jammed paper / foreign objects.

Next, please open the front cover and look in the area around the ink for jammed paper / foreign objects, making sure to look in the extreme left and right sides.

Reconnect the power and turn your TS3722 back on.

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA TS3722 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support.
