PIXMA MG3620 Alarm Light Staying lit

I just got my MG3620 and I'm trying to set it up, however when I go to connect the printer to my router my alarm light kicks on and stays on. I've tried to factory reset it and still nothing, it will print a network configuration page but not connect no matter what.

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA MG3620 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative will assist you with connecting your PIXMA MG3620 to your Wi-Fi.
