Does not print a lot of the time. Currently, for it to print, I unplug the USB Cable and hit the OK button. Let me add that the person who set up the printer had added 2 printers installed. One for USB and one for wireless. The USB printer is the default printer.
Any insight as to my problem would be most appreciated. Thank you.

I just got mine a few days ago (but it's a MF644Cdw) and have been having lots of printing problems. I have installed a USB and also wiresless driver. I am on a MAC and the installation is not straightforward.
I cannot duplex from my USB driver but can on the wireless AirPrint driver.
On the Airprint, it would print one job and then would go offline. I tried rebootting, unplugging.
I did turn off the ECO mode saver that is supposed to help. And also assigned a static IP.
Quality isn't as great as my old HP CP2025. I am working on that. I am a freelance designer and need my printer to work well and output quality prints.
I am disappointed in this printer. And I also feel like I am back in the old days when there was little MAC support.
My two cents.

Hello ELFIEE,
I understand your Color imageCLASS LBP622Cdw does not print a lot of the time. In order to better assist you, I will need a little more information about your situation.
1. Which computer operating system are you using (e.g. Windows 10, Mac OS 10.13, etc.)?
2. When you are unable to print, is there an error message displayed on your computer? If so, what exactly is the error message that is displayed?
3. When you are unable to print, are you printing via your wireless network or with the USB cable connected to your computer?
