Canon mf542x error scan ADF scan gear

Hello.
Please help, scanning is not working.
Canon mf542x freezes when scanning in scan gear app.
We scan 2-sided documents through ADF and after scanning 5 pages on page 6 it freezes.
Scanning in grayscale mode.
What could be the problem?
Windows 10 system 22h2.
Previously scanned without problems.
