Hello:
I have a Canon MF227dw printer. The printer is showing a device paper jam error code, but there is no paper jam that I can detect. I follow the instructions that the printer tells me to do, but it just keeps restarting back to the device paper jam error code.
How do I resolve this or proceed?

If you are unable to locate any paper inside the printer, then there may be another issue, and we will have to recommend that you call our telephone support group at 1-800-OK-CANON (652-2666), Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. ET (excluding holidays). A representative will be able to further assist you.

I called tech support.
Tech Support was unable to help me and I have no repair center nearby so their only solution is to offer to sell me another one.

So I kind of fixed it myself.
Just took it apart to look inside. Put it back together and it works. Not sure what happened. Maybe knocked something loose.
