Canon imageClass MF743CDW - Auto Duplex on A5

How do I achieve auto duplex printing on A5 sized paper?  It is only printing single sided when we select 2-side from the following programs: InDesign, Word, GoogleDocs.  8.5x11 prints fine.

Hello EUadmin,

Unfortunately, the MF743Cdw is unable to auto duplex on A5 sized paper. 8.5 X 11 is one of the supported duplex paper sizes. You can view the full list of supported duplex paper sizes using the link provided HERE.
