Canon MF624CW won't copy - it will print and scan fine, but when I try to copy, the light for processing stays blinking and no copy is made. I've updated my firmware, still won't work. I've also of course tried to turn it off and back on, unplug the power supply and plug it back in, etc. Please help, I'm ready to throw this thing out the window.

I definitely understand how frustrating this issue can be. Please initialize the copy settings and verify if the issue persists. To initialize the copy settings, please follow the steps below:
<Menu> <System Management Settings> <Initialize Menu> <Copy Settings> <Yes> Restart the machine if necessary
