Everything on my scanner worked perfectly up until two days ago. I am on a Mac and upgraded my system software to 10.10.3 and now the scanner doesn't work.
I am still able to print, but not scan. Nothing else was changed anywhere on the printer or system.
I've since tried:
- Removing the printer (resetting via the preference pane) and re-adding it.
- Downloading all the drivers and software and reinstalling.
Does anyone else have this problem and is there any solution?
