We have been having a problem with printing black. It started with small smudges and then streaks across the page. It has progressively become worse and worse. I have run multiple cleanings, deep cleanings, and ink flushes. After the ink flush, the printer will no longer print in black AT ALL. Upon inspection of the ink lines, there does not seem to be any black ink in the line. Please help. I have run multiple cleanings and flushes after the Ink flush and nothing seems to help refill the line.

It looks like the print head is not seated properly and there is air in the black ink line. In this situation, you can try reseating the print head that the ink sprays out of using the steps int the link HERE. After the print head has been resat, you can try a black only ink flush to see if the ink line fills up. If that does not resolve the issue, it looks like the printer needs service. You can contact support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666 or log into your My Canon account to check your service options.
