If you are getting blank prints on your old toner cartridge and the new one, it could be a problem with the hardware or a problem with the new toner cartridge. In this situation, you can try reseating the new toner cartridge and checking for any remnants of packing material that might be stuck on the cartridge. While the toner cartridge is out of the printer, you can also give the toner cartridge a gentle shake to make sure the toner is evenly distributed.
