We had this new printer installed for Mac users at one of our offices. All Mac users at this location are on High Sierra and printing works fine, but it seems that the default settings for the printer are set to print 2-sided.
The workaround we've been doing is saving a preset on each individual Mac computer to print 1-sided.
We will be adding this printer to more machines in the future and we want to know how to turn off this default so that we don't have to manually create an additional preset for all the new computers.
